Some nice lists. But the truth is that a lot of traffic exchanges bring worthless traffic. Blogexplosion is a good example. Membership is mostly mommy blogs and political rant blogs. Those members don't read other types of blogs, just click through as fast as possible. And if you are monetizing your blog the traffic is double worthless - mommby bloggers and rant bloggers rarely click an ad or buy a product. If you collect stats you will know this.
Blogexplosion is 100% waste of time for most people. Better to get targeted traffic or track down a blog traffic exchange with better membership.
